Sonia Realtors ("we") is a real estate agency based in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We help people buy, rent and list properties, and we connect buyers and renters with property owners and developers.
Information on this site
Property details, photos and prices are shown in good faith from information given by owners and developers. Prices are "from" prices. Availability, final prices, delivery dates and payment plans are confirmed by our team and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Your requests
When you send a request through a form or the chat assistant, you ask us to contact you about properties. Sending a request does not reserve a property or create a contract. Any purchase, rental or listing is agreed separately, in writing, with the owner, developer or our agency.
IDs and documents
Do not send IDs, passports, bank details or card numbers through the chat assistant. When a viewing, rental or purchase needs documents, our agent asks for them directly, once you are in touch, to confirm your information before visiting a property.
Chat assistant
Our chat assistant is automated. It gives general information from this site and helps you send a request to our team. It does not give legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice; please consult a qualified professional.
Third parties
Owners, developers, lawyers, banks and other service providers are independent. We are not responsible for their acts, their properties or their services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
