Who we are
Sonia Realtors, a real estate agency in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, runs this site. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and the details you give us about the property you want (buy, rent or list, area, budget, dates, notes), including your messages to our chat assistant. We also collect basic technical data (device, pages visited, cookies) to run and improve the site.
What we do not collect in the chat
Our chat assistant never asks for IDs, passports, bank details or card numbers. If you type them, please delete them; documents are shared only directly with your agent once you are in touch.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, arrange viewings, connect you with owners or developers of properties that match what you need, answer your questions, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed: the owner or developer of a property you are interested in, and service providers that host our site, store requests, send messages, process paid viewings (Stripe) or power the chat assistant.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google tags (Analytics and Ads) to measure visits and requests. Visitors from the EU, UK and EEA are asked first and can decline.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as needed to help you and for our records, then delete or anonymise it. Your chat messages are stored so our team can follow up on your request; the chat window keeps the conversation for 24 hours so you can continue where you left off.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages, by writing to us at the email or WhatsApp shown in the footer of this site.
