2. We review it
We look at the property and the information you sent. If we have a question, we message you on WhatsApp.
3. If approved, you get our terms by email
If your property is a good fit, we email you our terms of work, written in plain words, so you know exactly what to expect before anything starts.
4. Click “I agree”
Read the terms and click agree. That is your agreement with us, and from that moment we can promote your property.
5. We prepare and promote it
Professional photos, video and drone footage, a bilingual description and a price based on comparable properties. Then digital campaigns and international advertising reach buyers and renters in the United States, Canada, Europe and beyond.
6. Inquiries, visits and closing
Every serious inquiry is answered in English and Spanish. We arrange the visits, coordinate with the lawyer and keep you informed until the sale or the lease is closed.
